SHIPPING AND ORDERS

Our purpose is to making sure that the orders are delivered as soon as possible.

Once we receive the order we will send you a confirmation mail to your email address. The order will be packed and shipped one business day after the purchase is processed. The estimated delivery date is 3-5 working days. In case of Canary, Balearics Islands, Ceuta or Melilla the delivery date may extend up to 7 business days. Weekends, national or local festivities days not included as “working days”.

The estimated time of delivery may vary due to external reasons not concerning ADDICTIVE WATCH and our shipping services, nevertheless each order is tracked until it is finally delivered. Technical failures, customs delays or extreme weather conditions may apply to this delivery variation.

All our watches will be shipped from Spain.

Once your order is shipped we will send you a tracking number to your mail address so you can follow your delivery.

ADDICTIVE WATCH offers free europe shipping to all our clients from Spain peninsula. In case you cannot make an order to the desired address, please contact us to hello@addictivewatch.com. We currently are not able to deliver to North Corea, Sudan, Cuba, Iran and Siria.

Once the order is made you have 24 hours before it is shipped. In the case that the cancelation occurs after the order is shipped you will not be able to do the cancellation and you will need to follow the devolutions procedure. Cancel the order mailing us to hello@addictivewatch.com under the subject “cancellation”.

As a customer, you reserve the right to return and receive a full refund of products purchased from this site within 14 days of you receiving your order. Please note that the watch and packaging must be in the exact condition as when you received the watch (as new). Please note that we don’t cover the shipping cost of the return of the product – this will have to be covered by the customer.

If your order was delivered to you within the EU, the Value Added Tax (VAT) of the purchase will be refunded in its entirety. If your order was delivered to you outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through ADDICTIVE WATCH. Your local customs bureau might be able to assist in recovering this.

PAYMENT

You can make the payment using credit/debit card or paypal.

Normally a credit card is rejected because it has expired. If this is not the case, double check if all the numbers are filled properly or if you have exceed your credit limit of payments.

The data is incepted in SSL format. Payments made with visa or master-card will only be accepted through SET system (Secure electronic transaction). After the credit card is verified the SET system will contact the issuing bank in order to request the user to authorize the transaction. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the charge will be placed on the card. If the bank does not recognize the transaction the order will be rejected.
